Addressing the difficulties of Social Dynamics has to start from looking at how to improve things domestically in your home. When we are talking about issues such as racism or sexual discrimination due to gender based orientation. An important point to consider is " if you turn away from someone who is Gender neutral or walk in a different direction if you see them on the street, does that mean you are discriminating against them or does that mean you just do not want to be apart of their social group ? ". We do not live in a Perfect WORLD, therefore, In a similar way, why is it that people who are rich or upper class do not want poor Black people in their SOCIAL GROUP ? Even if this mean helping small Urban businesses of mixed Cultures to grow and improve the overall economy of their country. It is just the way of the World and we have to just respect each others beliefs.

WHY IS HOMELESS PERSON HANGING AROUND INSIDE Mcdonalds UK and SPITTING in CUP in front of CUSTOMERS !

This behaviour was witnessed by a Customer , who also said they witness security in another London Mcdonalds store allow a homeless person to sleep on the floor inside Mcdonalds while customers bought food. Mcdonalds is an American Company but they must be concerned about UK Mcdonalds Franchisees protecting the integrity of the BRAND. A Homeless Person sleeping on the Floor in front of customers while they buy food is simply unacceptable.

Security should be inside the store or just outside the entrance pointing homeless people towards the nearest SHELTER OR Even better, open rest stops at transportation HUBS such as trainstations. All Large train stations should have Homelessness rest areas for a certain amount of hours, where people can VOLUNTARILY Buy food and give to the appropriate train station staff who will then provide this to the rest HUB at the station to distribute amongst the homeless. Public Transportation stations should not just be modernised visually  by the appearance of the buildings but also environmentally to encourage social modernisation.

All that is needed is an open rest area inside the station but away from the commuters where they can spend at least 12hrs a day. This will clearly reduce the amount of time they spend sleeping on the street and mitigate for hours of operation where shelters are closed. Give rest areas license for 24hrs operation and take details from all individuals that enter, Simple answer to an important issue.

This is a form of Cyber attack that is carried out against a competitive company or entity ( Individuals trying to grow smaller businesses ) by a larger company , law enforcement or Software that has been placed into the wrong hands by Law enforcement to monitor cyber activity on individuals of interest. This is also referred to as cyber spying and provides the attacker with information that gives them an advantage or competitive edge. In worst cases Personal information can be compromised or IP Address location can be shared, thus allowing individuals to be targeted by structures of Classism from their country of residence.

 

As well as behavioural psychology this is another huge factor that influences Racism, when Cultures attack individuals from other Cultures through Cyber spying, then use the information gathered for their own benefit, simply SLOWING the growth and development of individuals from smaller businesses or Black and Multi-ethnic groups. Large companies will say they use this type of software for consumer research and to gather information for Marketing purposes, BUT our question is why is this software getting into the wrong hands ?

 

AFRO-MINIMALISM

Afro-minimalism means everything serves a purpose within your property. Therefore you will have less items inside your home. In accordance with Modern living standards, this is not only a good way to de-clutter your over congested flat, but if you live in a bigger house this is a good way to stay on top of your items in each room. This concept more suits the bachelor or bachelorette, but if you live in a family home, individuals living in each room can utilize this concept to help keep their room tidy or even change the lay-out of their room depending on their mood and their mood might depend on what they are watching on TV, what they are doing online or even who they are talking to on the phone. When combined with the use of technology, Afro-minimalism gives a more refined approach to each individual's lifestyle. Afro-minimalism can potentially lead to more efficient urban living and more streamline socio-economic output, helping to keep us all in a better mood.

 

ALLROUND WELLBEING:

Spirituality is something that is essential in modern society to help your emotional and mental Wellbeing. Alot of Cultures have a prevalent religion but some individuals are disillusioned by the religious beliefs followed by the majority of their Culture so then turn to religious Cults. This allows them to still practice the religion of their Culture but then give their inner energy to cults which allows large Private networks to worship unseen supernatural powers from dark Realms that have been outcasted by most religious books. There are religious leaders in the Afro-community that preach against such practices and Shanika Sutton is a prophetic individual that influences those who are religious in the Afro community to follow her religious beliefs as a way to minimize Poverty and enhancing mental Wellbeing, because it is firmly believed that these private Cults are used to de-stabilize individuals, Cultures and communities by invoking negative energy and elements of poverty then directing this towards those persons they do not like. Here we are speaking of the spiritual Realm.
