Refund Policy

Event Purchases: 

Event tickets are non-refundable, however you can hold the credit in your ticket for an upcoming Event or Personal Training Gym sessions. If we Partner with 3rd Party Event sales companies you should always resolve any issues directly with us.

 

Gift cards are not-refundable

 

 Wellbeing terms of Service :

Wellbeing agreements are for the company and client to discuss and reach an amicable solution. Our client Wellbeing arrangements are for businesses only and groups of more than 20 people.

Individual Wellbeing agreements:

If a clients pays for Personal Training Gym sessions, it is the client's responsibility to attend the Gym session on time and the Personal Traininer will not be held accountable if the Client does not attend that Gym session on time. Session bookings are non-refundable, so please make sure you agree a training gym session that is both convenient for you and the trainer.

 

Product purchase:

Product orders should always be pre-payed and are not refundable unless the item is damaged.

 

If an Item is ordered that is not displayed on our main website pages that you can directly link to from the home page, this order is non-refundable but a gift card can be provided.
