Once you have gone to college or University and studied, then realize that the only work you are able to get is something that is completely different from your studies, so you decide to accept doing this work as "bills need to get paid" . This is a reasonable thing to do, but then after a few years of doing this work and no opportunities in the subject area you studied in University , you then decide to re-qualify as a mature student by returning to university and studying in an industry where you feel there is more demand, this has been the situation with many adults from the Afro community studying in Western countries, for this reason, mothers who support their sons and daughters who have not yet settled down and are late comers to the property ladder due to economic hardship have formed a mothers group from the Caribbean and Afro CHURCH Community called S.I.P.U.G. Social Integrity Principles Unified Growth (also supported by various other religious groups ), helping mature students in Urban communities to effectively complete their studies and gain employment in an industry where there is demand. This is a huge step-forward for the Jordan Brand that helps to bridge gaps in underserved areas of Large western cities that also improves Cultural integration with new migrant cultures hoping to effectively support the economy of that city. These gaps will now hopefully be filled and new support given to vital industries for the upcoming months and years.
